My husband and I frequent Sages, usually during the week. We have tried almost everything on the menu and have never been dissapointed. The chef is a very nice guy, he will usually come to the dining room if he is not busy. I urge you to try this little gem, it happens to be one of Redmonds Best Kept Secrets. :)
