ARC has been over charging us for too long now. It has gotten to the point that whatever portion insurance does not cover (because their fees are outrageous)ARC turns around and bills you the consumer. We have refused to pay these items, because our insurance company has let us know that we DO NOT Have to pay these items. Guess what, they have sent us to collections for $50, $975, $300 etc...Not only is it showing up on my husbands credit report, but the same charges are showing up on mine as well.
