Good: Nothing. This facility was the worst I have ever been to.. Bad: Employees should not be able to dictate who is able to see a dying loved one just because as this employee stated, they knew people in administration, nurses, doctors & security.. Improvements: Any staff member suspected of this behavior be reprimanded & any complaint be followed up with the person that filed the complaint so they know the hospital has addressed the issue appropriately..
