My husband James called to get information about what insurance they take, saw the ratings on this office and saw a different endo instead. We keep getting bills from them and now collection letters. Though they admit he is not and never was patient, after nearly a year they still can't stop the automated billing. I wonder if they billed our insurance too? Guess I'll call them and let them know about potential insurance FRAUD. He went to another endo - do the same! The poor ratings are correct!
