I had ordered a dress October of 2006, expecting it to arrive in January of 2007. I had to keep calling to check on the status. Finally after 3 days, they told me they didn't have it, and were never able to order it!! They did not bother to call me within the 3 months I had ordered to let me know this. I finally got my money back, and lukily found the dress online (and at a cheaper price)
