In the store, the sales people were great. Things got really frustrating when a defective "floor model" was delivered. This triggered having to spend 16 hours (so far) in calling various installation, factory warranty, and extended warranty departments with many waits, repetitions of model and serial #s and recorded phone directions. + 4 hrs per for repair visits. I've purchased buildings in far less time with less hassle. 2 weeks later and still no washer. Please! Let me wake up from this nightmare.
