i love both robert and robert, and i walk in to make my appointments, i don't know who answers their phone and sets their appointments but she is the most unprofessional, impolite, in fact, rude person i've encountered, in what could be a really great salon...she ought to work the drive through at a fast food restaurant. once she's gone for the evening, the atmosphere is way more relaxed. and make no mistake, their work in very, very good.
