When my husband and I moved to Topeka 5 years ago we found St. John's Lutheran Church near downtown Topeka and really felt like we were "home". The pastors are wonderful. We have very talented men leading our church. We were very impressed with the music, the sermons, the opportunities for adult Bible study. Now that we have children, we enjoy other programs available to that age group. Every Sunday morning there is a nursery available for those children age 0-3. Sunday school begins for children 3+. Vacation Bible School is a week long evening program during the summer. There are many different opportunities for young and old alike to be involved within the church. Worshiping Jesus Christ with this group of believers is a wonderful Sunday morning experience. Communion is offered frequently, nearly at every service. We are definitely blessed to attend such a wonderful church. Please come visit, we'd love to have you with us!
