A few years back when some kids were breaking windows out of cars at night, our van was hit several times in a couple of months. We took it to Richardson's every time because they've always provided top-notch service. When we've had problems with the glass suppliers or insurance, Richardson's has acted as a mediator and made sure we were taken care of. Communication is great and everyone from the front office staff to the techs are friendly and helpful. They're great!
