I love, love, love Shampoo. My friend told me about it a little over 2 years ago, and I've only strayed once, and that was because I was out of town, and a relative was going to pay. Other than that, all of the stylists are very nice, personable, and complimentary. I always leave with the best cut I've ever had. Every time. They use dye that doesn't come out of my hair immediately, like most of those other 'mall salons,' which means I get what I pay for. A little pricey, but well worth every penny.
