I used to take my car to Wayside Ford simply because it was convenient, and they would give me a ride to work in the morning. Their service was only satisfactory. Initially they were putting the wrong weight oil in my car, because my car called for a weight different from their bulk supply. Talking to the service manager rectified the situation, but I was not pleased with the initial complacency shown by the service techs that initally made the mistake.
I also discovered that they were not updating my car history with Ford in regards to recalls. I was taking them in as I recieved notification, but I can't be certain they were actually completing them.
