I called to see if I could get a rate quote over the phone, which ended up being a two-day phone tag game. When they finally got me my mortgage quote, it was 2% points higher than the other ones I had gotten from other companies. The woman I was speaking to seemed suprised (serious, 7.5% is high). We have excellent credit scores and not much debt, so I was not impressed with what they had to offer us. Definately not the best place to get your mortgage.
