Devlin Motors has the appearence of and, unfortunately, is a run down automotive sales lot. The cars that are available are worn and have seen better days. The prices of the cars is what you would expect to pay for a used car, but the staff is more interested in the sale. They use a combination of indifference and high pressure sales tactics, as do all used car salesmen, and after dealing with them, you are left with the feeling that you are valued only for the amount of money you are willing to spend
