I recently experienced my first accident. It was the most unsettling experience of my life. I went to the Tom’s office and a member of his staff sat down with me to calm me down. We completed the paperwork and she answered all my questions. She also told me to bring in any paperwork I received so we could complete it together. She was friendly, understanding and patient. When I have people like this to work with when something terrible happens, it makes me realize that choosing State Farm as my insurance company was the best decision I ever made and will be sure to pass the word on to my friends.
