I have worked in a few companies here in town that use King Office, or KOSI, for their computer needs. KOSI provides computer support, software and Internet access.
Their repair service is not bad. They do show up when scheduled, they do have repairmen who know their stuff. Their internet service is pretty good as well. I am not able to say what the cost is, but I do notice that there are a few small businesses using KOSI, so I must assume their service is at least competative.
For the downtown area small business looking for a full service computer company, these foks at least provide good service.
