The Marina at Charles Mill does offer boat rentals. There is also a picnic area here where you can sit and enjoy the scenery as well as watch the boats go in and out of the harbor.
We had a picnic at the Marina and had considered renting a boat, but one in the party decided they were not up to going out on the water. The rental fees seemed affordable, and the boats appeared well kept.
The marina itself offers space to keep private boats. It is lovely when all the boats are in early in the morning. A nice place to shoot photos as well.
A nice, relaxing area to spend a day boating or just enjoying the park.
