Contrary to popular belief, hot sauces do more than burn, they also flavor. Some of the sauces here combine ingredients with the natural flavor of the peppers and create unique and unusual sauces.
The labels are outrageous. Some of them are made specifically to delight the discriminating hot sauce connoisseur. Others are just to amuse and attract attention, and many are very artistic, in a strange sort of fashion. My favorite? The three pepper lemon sauce.
They do offer samples of some of the sauces from time to time, and the staff is very well versed in the stock.
