Would you believe me if I said that the folks at this bank care about their customers? Probably not. But from the first time I contacted this bank when I planned to move to Ohio to the present day, I cant say enough about their excellent Customer Service. Before I even moved here, they helped me set up my accounts and transfer them from Pennsylvania to Ohio, painlessly. One of the features I liked was their on-line banking which was fairly new 5 years ago. Now everyone has it. And you can pay bills on line, keep track of your cancelled checks and have all your accounts at your fingertips. When I sold my house in New York and bought my new one here, they helped with the wiring of funds so we could close on time. They have helped me over the years set up a line of credit, direct deposit my checks, write checks on line, helped my son set up his accounts, keep tabs of my accounts and investments and even roll over some IRA funds. The bank representative who has helped me over the years is a wonderful lady who has helped me in more ways than I can mention. And she has helped my family as well, with reminders, notices of special rates and service packages, and I cant say enough about her. A bank that actually works with their customers helping them financially over time is a bank that will get my business and my references any day of the week. It is refreshing to see a bank actually work for you in a day and age when Customer Service is almost non-existent in some customer based businesses. If you are looking for a full service bank with lots of convenient locations give a look at Keybank. I highly recommend them for service, banking options and banking packages. more
