I went into Garb's looking for a new outfit for an event I was attending. Not one person acknowledged me from their staff. The three of them were focused on a woman who was there when I arrived. I browsed and noted they carry beautiful items but could never get service. I eve spoke to on of them and she ignored me. Too bad.
