Import Centers has always been good to me. Every time I go in there, they usually have my part all ready for me. If they don't have it ready, they will go and find it for me and get it for me. They have excellent prices and their customer service has always been fantastic. I have no problems with them. more

We order parts from Import Centers for our auto glass store. The parts are pretty much always in a fairly good condition. We call them and give them the year, make, and model we are looking for, and they check their inventory to let us know if it is good. They always deliver the products promptly, or if we have to pick it up, it is always ready for us when we get there. They make the process seamless and they know what they are doing. more

Happy with their products 1/11/2016

Import Centers has been providing us with parts (mostly glass) for awhile. It's very convenient to order from them, but my complaint is the changing prices and delivery. Sometimes they say the delivery will come the next day and it comes in two days. Overall they have good stuff and we will continue to do business with them. more

Great but pricey 12/21/2015

The prices are okay. I wish they could be better because their used parts are often cheaper than the new ones. At the end of the day, you look at the price and you often pay more for an old part than a new one. It's a matter of convenience. Coming from a wrecking yard, it should be way cheaper because it's used, but that isn't the case. They're competing against online pricing, which is better and has free shipping and a lot of customers don't want used parts because they can get new ones for cheaper online. A lot of customers are turned off by the parts and will decide to do things themselves. As a business, we've lost customers over this because customers will decide to go somewhere else with cheaper parts. more

The Import Center's owner, Assim, is very honest, reliable and always does what he says; fast, honest and very responsive service! . Their prices are also reasonable--we've spent thousands of dollars with them. The parts are always on time or earlier. more

I buy parts once a month from Import Centers. Whatever we don't get, we send people over there to get them. I've been a customer of Import Centers for a couple years now because they have whatever I need! more

There's nothing they don't have! 5/23/2012

Import Centers has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are not a repair facility in San Francisco. We work on Hondas and Acuras, which is Import Centers' specialty. Any time we're looking for a part, we're able to get just about any specific part from Import Centers. They have a vast selection and it's really just to pick up the phone, call, and know that you're going to get the part. They have an up-to-date inventory, and there's nothing they don't have! I've been using Import Centers for about eight years. I always have a good experience when I use them. It's easy, I pretty much call for any parts I need and they help me out. Reasonable prices and a lot of parts. 4/26/2011

Whenever I need parts, Import Center has them. They supply most of the parts that I can't find anywhere else. I have been using them for about 4 or 5 years. The reason I use them is that they have reasonable prices, and they have a lot of parts for the particular cars that I work on. more

my experience 10/22/2009

had a blowout on my tire and the wheel was bent, so I called and was told they had a wheel for my 2000 Toyota Corolla for $40 and I drove in from Livermore and they remembered that I called and the price although I didn't give my name, and within 5 minutes they brought out the wheel and the guy put it in my car for me and said if there was any problem with it, bring it back and they would exchange it, no problem. They were curtious and efficient, they are computerized for their stock. I had my new tire put on their wheel and it's like new. I would rate them excellent for their service. more
