They recently had a major rat infestation; many of my things were destroyed- chewed on, rat droppings everywhere. To make matters worse; they did make an effort to combat the problem so I found two poisoned rats decomposing in my unit just a couple of weeks after I complained initially. If you look around you can see many of the rat boxes around the units. The did not reimburse me because I did not purchase insurance. Who knew they would do such a poor job of protecting my things. more

Very easy experience. 11/5/2013

I've had no problems with iStorage Bradenton. I had to leave my stuff there when I went to New York. I came back and everything was there, everything was clean and dry, and it was great. The units are clean and you can get into them 24/7. It's very easy access. It's easy in, easy out and the storage facility is clean, dry, and nothing gets wet. I like that. I talked to one girl there the other day and I told her I was going to be moving out becuase my contract's up at the end of this month and I don't need the unit anymore. She said to just let them know a few days prior to my moving out. She was very pleasant and very nice. They're very nice people more

iStorage Bradenton did everything for me. They got me into the unit I wanted to get into and gave me a fair price on it. My experience was very pleasant. I was just there short term; I only needed a month of storage. If I needed long-term storage though, I would use them. more

Day crew was fantastic but after hours crew needs improvement 10/30/2013

I rented a unit from iStorage in Bradenton over the phone. I came in around ten at night and I think the after hours crew needs improvement. They did not have me down as a customer and when they did find me, they gave me the wrong code to get into the unit. So there was about thirty minutes of trying different codes to get in. When I did see where they had me, I saw that my unit was out of the camera view which wasn't safe considering I was storing my boat in there. When I came back the following day, the day crew was fantastic. Service was good and they were very helpful. I was treated very well by the day crew. I'm not sure if the night crew is either not well trained in customer relations or if it was just a bad day. I am changing to another unit and they said they would refund me my month's deposit. I haven't gotten my check yet but I'm hopeful! more

We did not use your service. 10/28/2013

Our experience was very good!!! The young lady was very pleasant, answered all our questions and showed us the storage space., We were on a waiting list for an apartment and it came open sooner then expected that is why we did not use your service. We also got our deposit back in a timely manner. If we know of someone moving we would recommend you company. Thank you, Lynnette Hawkins more

At iStorage Bradenton, they are just really willing to work with you on getting the size you need promptly. They will bend over backward to help you out. I'm in the process of moving to a new place and still have some stuff in there, and it continues to be a great experience! more

The storage buildings are new and very clean. I didn't think that I wanted climate controlled storage, but I'm glad I did. They have a nice storage operation. more
