Quick and easy to set up 11/13/2013

It's simple and easy to get set up with iStorage San Bernardino. I've been storing with them a little over a month. I needed a spot to put a full size van, so I went over and spoke with them and was able to set up a spot quickly. The lady who works there is someone you can talk to, so it's a nice experience to go set up a storage space. more

We're very satisfied with iStorage in San Bernardino. The storage units are very clean. The manager is very friendly and she was very willing to work with us and offer a great deal for us. We've rented from them in the past and recommend the place to anyone. more

A great storage facility 11/3/2013

I have used this facility for several years for boat storage in the winter. The new management is excellent! I would highly recommend if you are looking for covered storage of your RV or boat. more

Very helpful staff! 10/30/2013

It's actually the attendant at iStorage San Bernardino that has made my experience. She's been very, very helpful. She helped me set up my storage facility and she took me around, showing me what storage facilities were available. She's been there on the weekends most of the time. I've only had my unit for one month. The units are very good. For the price, the storage space is very, very big. I don't have a problem moving in or moving out my trailer because of that. I also like that have a freezer and a dump station and a place to wash. I especially appreciate the freezer. more

The parking at iStorage San Bernardino is good and it's close to my house. I've been storing there for nearly a year. Everyone there has been nice and very helpful. The place is always clean and the lady at the desk is nice. You can wash your car over there, which is nice as well. It's an affordable price. more

Clean, spacious, and accessible. 9/26/2013

iStorage San Bernardino was local to where I needed to store my trailer for five months. It had easy access, easy parking, dump stations, and other amenities. The locations were all marked well, so it was very easy to read everything. I also had plenty of space for my 23-foot trailer. iStorage was just a very nice, clean facility. more

I'm satisfied with their services and I've had no problems. Everything that I talked to at iStorage were more than cooperative and they keep the lot very clean. It makes it easier to get in and out of the facility. more

iStorage of San Bernardino provides us with courteous customer service and regular updates like changing hours and if there are any problems. They have 24-hour access which is something some places don't even allow. They did a very good job as far as equipment and their organization. E. Shaw more

Couldn't ask for a better place to store my RV 8/13/2013

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. The sites are very easy to get in and out of. We stored our RV at Istorage last summer and returned again this summer. I compare rates at multiple storage facilities and Istorage had the best rates. Very happy customer. more

I didn't even realize that IStorage San Bernardino was under new ownership. It would have been nice to know that. They could have sent out a letter explaining they were under new ownership and what their future plans are. In fact, I hope they see this and send out letters to their current customers, I'll be looking for it in the mail! I really like the storage facility the way it is now. I love the improvements they've made. It is clean and very nice. I have a covered spot for my RV. I hope they don't go raising prices or changing things too much, I love the path their on currently. more

Great so far. 8/7/2012

I've been using IStorage San Bernardino for about a year. It was pretty simple, I paid the rent and moved my things in. I guess the only thing I would suggest or could even fault them at is that they don't have 24 hour access. So if that was possible it would be great. more
