Great service and quality. My family and I have been using associate jewelers for more than 20 years. I have always received excellent service. Kim is who I always deal with. I could not be happier with the value and quality that they provide. I have found designs at mall retail stores that I like and he has always been able to make the same design with higher quality diamonds and heavier gold for much less than I would have paid in the mall. Kim always gives me a quote in writing with my receipt when I order or receipt of possession when I drop off my item. I find it highly unusual that Veronique was as surprised as she says. The price she claims is too good to be true. more

I value that I can call Kim and give him a price range for what I need and he brings me diamonds in to look at that are all amazing.
