promised by sara roberson, all kinds of conditions before signing the contract, that this service would boost our business.. that it would take off an old website that was hacked, and boost us to the top of google listings. etc. act as our online attorney and anyone that tried to hack the website etc would always be removed, that all incorrect info on web would be updated etc. none of these things were done except move us up a bit in google. disputed to company since 7-14 days of contract. was told to give a chance to let them help us did that for 60 days, since then they erased our google act, which brought in all kinds of business, and they wiped our history of being in business for 16 years off the internet.none of the things that were promised except moving us up in rank via google a bit were done. they refuse do take us off contract or do fair by us for false advertisement and promises. their business is on scambook and various other sites were other people have encountered and loss more than 14,000 in cash claims with similar issues. it isnt right or fair practice. awful company do not use!!!!!!!!! more

I have heard very bad things about this company!! Please do your research before signing up with them. THEY ARE A SCAM!! more

Self described as an ""online marketing service,"" eGumball got my credit card number and debited my bank account almost $2,000 without my knowledge or consent. Their pitch suggests that they are affiliated with Google but when I looked up their domain name I found ""Domains by Proxy, registration private."" To date, I have not gotten a refund. Who are these folks? They don't want us to know. No wonder!!! more

my girlfriend was struggling with her make up artistry business and before egumball it was more of a hobby. They told her it would take 30 days at least to have her ranked but she started showing up in just over two weeks and now the phone wont stop ringing! Thank you! more

My business had problems with information in the internet searches. I had problems because I moved five times. This company cleaned them fast and my listing did well in three months after they finish job. A good company. Thank you. more

This company made a lot of promises to me over the phone so I made the mistake of signing up with them. They produced no results. My web site never came up on any searches. After two months I stopped payment. The only time they ever contacted me regarding the account was to ask for payment. I would not recommend. more

The minds at eGumball are second to none! When I found eGumball in Google Help Forums they helped me through my Google Places issue with ease and in fact brought my listing back within 72 hours. Thank you eGumball my phone is now ringing again! more
