After knowing him for the past few years, when Julian asks for some help in getting the word out about his team and their high-par service, I am ready to jump out and lend a helping hand. I am new to CitySearch but in no way am I new to Digitalctrl Computers.\r \r Julian was sent to our worksite to handle various IT troubles that were left amess after our original technician decided he no longer wanted to return my telephone calls. Sadly enough, that was the second technician who had done that to us and that was about four years ago. I would say that may have been half-true if Julian had not have spent five hours dilligently working the first time he came out.\r \r Our technicians before would come out several times a month and the costs rack up fast. When you have a technician, or with Julian, a team of technicians, who can assist you and have the knowledge and capability to blow everyone else away, the cost quickly drops. Our network and PC downtime is virtually nil and there is no longer any frustration due to slow speeds or the infamous Windows 'blue screen of death.' This gent truly knows how to satisfy anyone even in a situation where technicians before him may have had far less dilligence and persistence as him and his team.\r \r Now, considering this website seems to be aimed for the home user, I must stress this important fact as well: If Digitalctrl can do for us what they have done for four years, I have no doubt about the capability and caress they will feature within your home. When I have had home laptop issues, I have brought it in to the worksite to have Julian correct the problems when he is on-site with us. There just seems to be nothing that doesn't stump this brilliant young man. more

Anyone remember the old Staples commercials with the parents jumping around, dancing, and partying like crazy because the school year was ready to begin. My new found friends at Digitalcontrol have given me a new reason to celebrate -- the kids are going to school and they're going with working laptops and software that I didnt have to pay a dime for. And no I don't work for them. lol\r \r Before you ship your kids back to school, university, college, high school, middle school, or anywhere that it may be, make sure their computers are working before they go!! Nothing can be more frustating that having three girls fighting over a laptop because two of them are too slow to work right. Plus if youre trying a save a little money for the whole thing call Digitalcontrol. I called Best Buy and thought I was going to scream when I heard how much it would cost to fix all three of my daughters laptops.\r \r Digitalcontrol charges a regular fee for everyone involved and the best part is that they can come after I get out of work. If you're used to having to take the day off of work to get something fixed don't worry about it this time. Digitalcontrol will come out after you get out or even before you go if you asked for it.\r \r The bottom line -- I already told the neighbors about them and my girls keep asking me ""when's Julian coming back!"" With the way these girls use their laptops I'm sure it will be soon but that's not long before I get my money's worth out of this!!\r \r (no I dont work for them. I love these guys. whenever Jared or julian ask me for a little help from the community, i get everyone ready and I really make their voice heard. They got me and my famiyl to switch from The Geek Squad after they put us all through #*$*(@#. So when they need a little help I'm always here for them.\r \r Ive never been disappointed with Digitalctrls work. They make someone like me who is computer illiterate feel comfortable and no one seems to do that these days. Theres all these geek guys who talk with huge words and it really makes a girl feel small. Not these guys. They are fast I can trust them and I think there has been a few times I have never laughed so hard at a joke.\r \r As I said. Anytime these guys need some help being heard I'm there for them because they're always there for me. They can do anything and everything and I am greatful for all that they have. I produce music everyday. I have more than $10000 worth of equipment connected to my laptop and desktop computers. I love this stuff like I love my son and just like my son I'm not going to just just anybody with it. that's why when i'm looking for a someone to fix my computers i look around the internet for the perfect fit. i thought i would try digitalctrl. they seemed like someone i could trust. i was right. My computers were running slow but I had no idea that they had the problems they had. viruses and spyware where I thought was just regular apps. turns out that some of the plugins I had downloaded for my production software was bundled with these stupid things. I had no clue but the guy who was fixing my computers did. it was actually pretty cool that the guy knew so much about dj'ing and music production. If you are anything like me and not because you produce music you will want someone you can trust. you can trust these guys. the best thing about them is that they're real people like you and me. they aren't some ego-tripping nerd who thinks they know everything. though trust me. they do know everything but don't do anything to belittle or make you feel stupid. more

These days money is tight. Calling around and was told that it would cost $129.99 per HOUR. I couldn't pay that not now, not ever no matter how much I wanted a repair madwe. I called julian and he came out and made everything right. It was hard to find him with a bad computer but luckily I managed to find him on my phone. The heat broke my computer and he did his thing and now it works. I don't know what or how but it only took two hours and I'm back online. If you need a fast, cheap, good tech, call digitalctrl.
