Shannon Tucker is a miracle worker!! 12/2/2010

I have had the thickest, curliest, coarse and unruly hair for 45 years. I haven't been able to find a stylist in Texas, New York or Florida that could ""tame the mane."" Shannon Tucker is amazing! She studied my hair in its natural state and went to work. She used some cutting techniques I had never seen before. The key point is, that after she blew my hair out, it didn't look ""fake straight, "" My hair is truly thinner and looks natural. No more fluff or frizz. I wish that I had taken before and after pictures. My husband was amazed! Thank you Shannon! more

Sara at All About You is Fabulous!!! 8/21/2010

I have had around 5 visits with Sara at All About You toward my goal of letting my hair grow out without bangs and getting back to my natural color with natural highlights. I am 52 so this could be challenging. Sara has helped me to accomplish that goal by consistently giving me her best quality work. This is the best my hair has looked since I was 17. It is shiny, natural looking, strong, and healthy. I have decided that I am worth having this service because when my hair looks good; I feel my best. This is my gift to myself and I intend to keep it up!! Thank you Sara for your talent and professionalism! more

I had a fantastic and relaxing massage by Annette =) I would highly recommend her to anyone! If you want a nice, soothing massage Annette is the one to ask for. This salon is the best in the city. I have been a client since the salon opened and been with Shannon the entire time. My husband and 2 children all have their hair cut by Sara. This place is like my second home...it's a place to relax and have great conversation while having your hair done. Girls night out is great but so is Girls day out at All About You!!! Pros: Shannon gives the best blow out more

Shannon is Excellent 11/6/2009

After moving from CA 2yrs ago I thought I would never find anyone who could highlight my hair the way I am used to having it done. I have been to tons of salons in Charlotte and have never been back to the same stylist more than 2x. My last and final attempt was at All About You Salon. Shannon listened to everything that I told her about my hair and she did an amazing job on my highlight. The color is just stunning. No golds, yellows, brassiness or red. She is such a nice person and I have already made my next appt. with her. HIGHLY recommend. Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing more

All About You Salon is the place all young women in the Charlotte area are going! An open, vibrantly colored house converted to salon and friendly and knowledgable staff creates the perfect environment for your salon experience. Allison Benson is GREAT with color and cuts as well as updos for special events. She even performs rootlifts (breaking the base) which help extend the life of your highlights between visits. Would the perfect place for bridal parties too! more

Wonderful Full Service Salon! 9/1/2009

I always look forward to going to All About You. The decor is fun and bright and there are little positive sayings throughout the house. I love my hairstylist Alecia! She does a great cut and color, always listens to what I want and gives suggestions for changing it up. My teenage daughters have used Sara and Melissa and they have loved their cuts as well. You can't go wrong with this Salon! Pros: positive uplifting atmosphere more

I am new to the Charlotte area and was looking for a hair salon. I was driving by 'All About You Salon' and thought it looked very inviting. I was right - the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. I cannot say enough great things about my stylist, Allison. Allison did lo and highlights on my hair and gave me a great, fun and classy haircut. My search for a salon and a stylist is now over. I look forward to my next visit with Allison at 'All About You Salon.' Pros: great service, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere Cons: none - i loved it!!! more

I've been going to All About You since it opened. It has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Sara has been cutting and highlighting my hair for several years and I've always left very pleased! Sara listens to what I might want to try, but at the same time knows the right questions to ask regarding lifestyle to help me decide on whether to try a new style. I have been going to All About You for over 3 years to get frequent massages from Annette Tucker. I am a massage connoisseur and have been to many of the salons here in town and else where. I don't bother trying anywhere else anymore because Annette is simply the best I've been to! She knows exactly what my body needs and she has such a soothing personality as well.
