Great service! 11/18/2016

Tyler arrived and immediately started to put on booties. No way! He was so clean it was unnecessary. He came in, listened carefully to our concerns, and then got to work. He was efficient and careful. Checked his work every step of the way. He resolved our problem easily and finished his work in a timely manner. We will certainly call ZOOM again should we need their services. Thank you! more

They were faster and more knowledgeable than I expected and Juan very clearly communicated to us what our issue was and then subsequently, what our options were to remediate. Recent Experience 4/4/2016

The tech was on time, called ahead as requested, was professional, had all equipment needed, and was able to get the preventative maintenance done in a reasonable amount of time. The cost was moderate, but for the services performed was in line. more

Satisfied customer 1/27/2016

When we called Zoom with a massive sewer back up problem they responded immediately. Jeff with Zoom was at our house by 8am the next morning. He was professional, friendly, and most important was able to clear the drain (prior to a massive snow storm scheduled to hit our area the next day!). Good, fast, professional service and I would recommend them. more

We had a clogged drain and not turn on the water in the house. We called Zoom who dispatched Steve within two hours who did a great job in resolving the problem. Zoom is my first call for any future problems more

Half day service 12/17/2015

Contacted Zoom via e-mail and completed questionnaire. Was able to schedule a service call including a number of tasks on a two day notice. The lead service tech had been to our site about two years ago and remembered the issues tat were addressed at that time. The list of items we wanted to cover were completed successfully within 3 hours. The tasks included: Clearing a partially blocked line and locating a blockage that has probably existed or decades and arriving at a solution that will be pursued some time in the future. Drain lines were flushed of debris. Drain lines were TV inspected and located both laterally and in depth of cover in preparation for future drainage system modifications. Helpful suggestions were made by the crew that will be included in the design of the modifications. The crew was a pleasure to deal with by being courteous, cooperative, knowledgeable and in leaving the work areas in a clean condition. The service call was expensive but are of the opinion that we received full value for our money! We plan to schedule future service calls with Zoom we they become necessary. more

Summer Chase Apartments 11/18/2015

We were between plumbing contractors when I arrived as the property manager at Summer Chase Apartments neither of which were dependable from a scheduling stand point or pricing stand point. Zoom plumbing is both fair and dependable, we have used them several times for large and smaller projects at Summer Chase Apartments and they have been great to work with. I have zero complaints and would recommend Zoom to anyone for both large and small jobs alike. more

Juan and Antonio arrived at the scheduled time, were courteous, friendly and helpful. They explained the pricing thoroughly and took great care to be respectful of our home by putting on shoe covers and placing a mat in front of the work area. They then solved a nasty problem quickly and efficiently and checked it with a system test. more

Excellent service 10/26/2015

Juan came out on a Sunday to clear a very difficult clog in a 100 year old building. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and was dedicated to resolving the problem. It was a pleasure to talk to him and I would highly recommend Juan and Zoom to anyone. In fact my plumber told me to call Zoom when he was unable to unclog the drain line. more
