Review content:
Contacted Zoom via e-mail and completed questionnaire. Was able to schedule a service call including a number of tasks on a two day notice.
The lead service tech had been to our site about two years ago and remembered the issues tat were addressed at that time.
The list of items we wanted to cover were completed successfully within 3 hours.
The tasks included:
Clearing a partially blocked line and locating a blockage that has probably existed or decades and arriving at a solution that will be pursued some time in the future.
Drain lines were flushed of debris.
Drain lines were TV inspected and located both laterally and in depth of cover in preparation for future drainage system modifications. Helpful suggestions were made by the crew that will be included in the design of the modifications.
The crew was a pleasure to deal with by being courteous, cooperative, knowledgeable and in leaving the work areas in a clean condition.
The service call was expensive but are of the opinion that we received full value for our money!
We plan to schedule future service calls with Zoom we they become necessary.
