Let me start by saying that Zola herself is a gem. She was such an incredible help in finding, altering & accessorizing my wedding dress. The gals on her staff are all super helpful & knowledgeable and Zola's seamstress is top of the line. They gave me incredible attention and service from the first day I arrived in the store up until my final alteration when they shipped my dress up to Charleston for our destination wedding. <3 My wedding day went off without a hitch and I have received a thousand compliments about my dress. Zola Keller is my favorite store not only because they have the most amazing dresses but also because they sell bridal gowns, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, veils, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, hair accesories, shoes, etc. They have the complete outfit for you! I love all the girls there, they are all so great! Zola is usually at the store and she helps you with anything you need. They have been on Las Olas for over thirty years and I've been going there since the day I found out about them, about 5 years ago!\r This store is great and you will love it!!!! I heard of Zola Keller because my friend bought her wedding gown there and she told me if I ever needed a gown to go to a wedding or any special event, just to go there because they had beautiful gowns.\r So I followed her advice and went to the store because my niece was getting married and I needed to get a dress for me and my mother. The great part was that there was a girl that I believe her names is Fernanda who spoke fluent spanish so it was perfect because my mother doesnt speak english very well. My mom told me that she felt much more comfortable talking to someone who spoke spanish than someone who spoke only english, so it was terrific that Fernanda was working there that day, she was very nice and also very helpful.\r Anyway, my experience at Zola Keller was great, all the girls that work there are amazing and they make shopping so much fun! \r So ladies, this is it!! You must shop at Zola Keller!! more

If you are looking for places to buy an amazing gown whether it is a wedding gown, an evening gown, a cocktail dress, etc.. this is the right place.\r Since the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. \r The Zola Keller Staff is GREAT and VERY helpful!!\r Buying my dress there was a great experience and I'm very happy I found this shop!\r I recommend this shop to everyone, even if you live an hour away, TRUST ME... I was Met by the Nicest Saleswoman Sandy, \r \r She explained to me how they really customed your dress through alterations. \r They changed the neckline of my gown ...and ordered it to my exact measurments. When i got the Gown it fit me like a glove! \r plus, the wedding colours were Green, and i had a hard time choosing a swatch because Zola Keller Had such a Wide aray of shades and colour swatches to choose from! I RECCOMEND ZOLA KELLER TO EVERYONE FOR BRIDAL!\r \r i searched around and compaired the prices of the brands i wanted, i only had a budget of under $1000 for my wedding gown so i was nervous walking into this High class store on Las Olas, \r \r i went upstairs to the Bridal where i was greated by this extremely pleasant smilling girl named Jillian, \r She really knew what looked good opn my body,\r \r For fun she even let me try on their couture collection of big bridal ball gowns!!!!! That day I felt like a Princess :o) about to marry my King and Turn into a Queen. \r \r They had a really wide selection of merchandise.\r My favorite's were their bridal accessories,\r They had this BEAUTIFUL headpiece that i had been searching EVERYWHERE for ...but couldn't find a good price for it.\r \r I LOVE WHERE I GOT MY GOWN FROM!\r \r Even ZOLA KELLER her-self came up to help accessorize me and and wished me the best of luck on my future endevors\r \r EN LA TIENDA HABLA ESPANOL! more

It was the worst bridal place I've been! I was seen by the owner and when I was trying the 2nd dress, she practically kicked me out of the store, saying that there were many dresses out there and I didn't have to find my dress at her place. I was shocked!! She was extremely rude and treated me with an attitude and not like a bride should be treated. I read some of the other reviews and the rude attitude sounds familiar. Hi Ladies, Do not go to Zola Keller in Ft. Lauderdale!!! This was the 2nd dress shop I visited, however it was the worst shopping experience of my life! The sales associate (Shavon sp?) was the nastiest person I have ever encountered. She proceeded to tell me that a mermaid dress would be unflattering on me, yet never gave me any suggestions. When told about my $ 2,000.00 budget, she pointed to 2 racks, and she never pulled one dress for me. When I was looking at a dress, she told me that it was way over my budget. I caught her rolling her eyes at me, and when I confronted her, she proceeded to argue with me. She told me she meant for me to see her. When I asked to speak to the store manager (Sandy), I heard this sales associate telling her store manager I had an attitude. The store manager defended this associate. When I asked the associate for her name, she refused to give it to me. The store manager never apologized for this associate. The manager refused to give me any information on when I could contact the owner. Instead of making the bride feel welcome and happy, associate and the manager have ZERO customer service abilities. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! more

From my first phone call to my completed purchase, this was a pleasant shopping experience. Zola is great. Service is great. Selection is great. Zola Keller has so many beautiful dresses and gowns! They were helpful to me and nothing was too much to ask for. I'm very happy with my gown and highly recommend visiting Zola Keller. Pros: styles service quality more

These type of people are the reason I left South Florida. Can we say New York bitches? You would think Zola herself was from New York too but somehow she's busy giving Chicago a bad name. I went in here looking for a gown for my friend's wedding and was appalled at the way that I was treated. The only one who seemed to be working hard was the poor seamstress who was getting yelled at by a customer. If you go here, don't say I didn't warn you. Cons: gross more
