Arriving at a car wash one normally gets out and lets the attendant take the car from there. However when my wife told the attendant that she just wanted the six dollar wash the attendant told her to get back in and drive it around. My wife responded that she had never driven through a car wash before. But the attendant said to just drive it around with a wave of the arm and she could get out back there, somewhere. Well back there somewhere the local staff workers started spraying the car down and waved her on. Why on earth would they send the customer to drive around back there somewhere? Of course like the reviews noted above (damaged steering wheel and missing personal items) this place accepts no responsibility what-so-ever even though we now have over $2000 in damages to our new car. One would think that the management would be interested or concerned enough to at least take down a name and number, one would think. Be careful, better yet go elsewhere we are.
