This company is excellent is all ways from when our technician rang our bell, to when he shook our hand to leave. We were very impressed with our tech, Omar, professionalism, respect and most of all knowledge. I was expecting a bigger bill and was pleasantly surprised in a good way. I called as soon as our AC went out and they were out in 20 minutes. My AC was fixed by 10 P.M. Talk about fast!! And Jesse was very nice and courteous. I would highly reccomend. Honest and average priced. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!! more

We had been out of town and came home to a broken AC! I can not sleep w/o my air condition. I called Service First and asked if they could come out it was around 6PM.The tech coming out said he was on the other side of town but would be here shortly, I live in Alamo Heights and he was here in 30 minutes! I called several companies that advertised 24hr service and didn't get any response, then i found service first and was surprised that they answered the phone.I spoke with Johnny and he told me a service guy would be at my house in about an hour. much to my surprise, Jesse was at my door 40 minutes after i called for service.He found the problem fast and now I have a comfortable house! more

I arrived home after work to find my ac had gone out. I called several companies and received no answer then found this company. I could not believe a person answered the phone after hours and told me he would have someone at my house in about an hour. Much to my surprise, a repair guy was ringing my doorbell 40 minutes after i requested service. The young gentleman was very professional and polite. I was amazed how fast he found the problem, he told me he had the part in his van, showed me the cost and told me I would get a 1 year warranty on the repair. Nice company, friendly employees. They are polite over the phone, and where very polite and friendly when they came over. I have used Service First for my Air Condition Repairs both in my home and at my business. They are Very Professional, and efficient. Not to mention that I had to call them at 10PM for my AC and they came out 30 minutes later! I always Recommend them anytime someone says they need Air Conditioning repair. more

called several companies with nobody answering the phone ,finally called service first to my surprise gotta live representative . he told me he could have somebody out there within the hour . low and behold the service technician knock on my door ,extremely polite and friendly . my unit was up and running within 35 minutes .
