If you are looking for a spa that offers wet rooms to shower or even changing rooms Zenity is not that sort of set-up.Think more Facelogic and less day spa. I was a little suprised by this since I chose a package with a massage, facial and mani-pedi.
When we walked in, it looked like a nail salon you find in any strip mall. However, the treatment rooms are very calming and I like not having to move to another room between facial and massage.
Couple of things that struck me. When greeted, there was no warmth or genuine welcome. We were handed clip boards and taken back to a room to complete them. It was just a little awkward. Most spas would invite you to sit and explain the day's activity. I had no idea what was being done first, second and last. Maybe offering a glass of water, etc.
I could hear everything going on in the other treatment rooms. There is a thin screen between the rooms. Perhaps if they would talk to you in the waiting room before taking you to the treatment room, etc.
If you need an oil free facial - bring your own products. They do not have oil free products on hand for use.
The presentation for the price was not what I was expecting. I like the pampered feeling I get at other day spas. Nothing awful about Zenity, but it just wasn't my cup of tea.
