Zemel's sales person steered us to a washer and dryer set that turned out to be complete lemons, and then took absolutely no responsibility for them. We have had four service calls: three on washer and one on the dryer, in two years. When we asked Zemel's to help to rectify this issue, Rhonda simply referred us to a non-responsive (why would they be responsive, it's a warranty call) service organization. We even offered to have Zemel's swap for a comparable floor model, but was told no. As much as it is a shame, this is why you should buy from the big box stores. Costco would have likely simply replaced the defective machines; Zemel's cares more about their bottom line than customer loyalty. We now will have to deal with warranty calls until we give up and buy a new set. more

I have been a fan of theirs for years. Great selection., delivery anywhere, I have never had to ask them to meet or beat another store's prices because they already did! Delivery goes as planned on time and with no hassles. more

These guys were great. They met the big store price and had free delivery and takeaway service. They didn't try to sell us the most expensive model, they talked to us about our needs first and then showed up what was available, what was on sale and rebates. They delivered when they said they would and cleaned up everything promptly. more
