I'm a local in Montrose, and we've got some fine restaurants here. Zeke's took over from Gelsinger's Meats (which I guess is still involved in the place), but they've decided to go after a very different crowd. Gelsinger's had wonderful sandwiches that were reasonably priced. Zeke's has good meat (thanks to Gelsinger's), but it's just too expensive.
You can go next door to the Black Cow and get a BETTER BBQ sandwich for less money. The two restaurants next door (Star Cafe and Black Cow) are both packed, so we only eat at Zeke's when there's too long a wait at the other places. Zeke's always has tables open.
If they reduced prices by about 15%, they'd be more competitive and might end up as our first choice instead of our second. Wish we had our Gelsinger's back, though...
Pros: Good food, sauces, attentive wait staff, nice atmosphere
Cons: High priced, Little parking
