Great buying experience - Gene Sirabella was great to work with. He was patient and found several vehicles that would work for us. We eventually settled on an Edge that had not even been priced, yet. We kept our van for an extra day while the Edge was detailed. During that time, the windshield was shattered by a baseball. Zeck Ford fixed our van for less than the best retail price I could find. The two vehicles were exchanged without a problem. The 'no haggle' price was better than we could find anywhere else. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. more

I did not expect that kind of service. Emmanuel Bradley, my service advisor was very friendly, fast, and professional. The works fuel package service has low cost, and make you feel safe. Altogether, it took less than 45 minutes. I would do my next service on Zeck Ford, and will recommend them to my friends. more

I went in to Zeck Ford, on a Saturday, with my sister (who was looking to trade in her 2009 Flex and purchase a new Flex.) I was "somewhat" interested in buying a Ford, but didn't have any real motivation to purchase a car that day. By the end of the day, we both walked out purchasing brand new Fords from Brendan Dow. He was AMAZING. Friendly, attentive, energetic, and just all around HELPFUL. He listened to us, recommended what we thought would be a good fit, and wasn't pushy at all. (I had some interest in an SUV, since I had been driving one for the past few years-- but, after test driving the Taurus SHO on Brendan's recommendation, I knew there was no going back!) In fact, every single person we came into contact with at that dealership seemed friendly, and happy to meet us. We felt NO PRESSURE to buy cars that day. Brendan looked up what we could get for trade ins on both of our vehicles, ran the numbers through financing, and came back to us with fair trade in values, and reasonable monthly payments. He then asked what our next step was. What did WE want to do next? We immediately purchased both vehicles. It was nice to have someone ASK you if you are ready to purchase, and if you think the price is fair/reasonable. We were blown away!!! Every person at this dealership is honest, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile. I never once felt that "creep" factor I've felt at the larger Kansas City dealerships. Each time I've stepped foot in Zeck Ford, there has been someone to answer my questions, and make me feel like I am more than just a sale to them. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to ANYONE! :) more

There was no hassle & no pressure at all! Fran, was our salesman and he was very friendly & knowledgeable. My experience at Zeck Ford, was superior! Very rare to find a dealership to exceed these standards. The no hassle, no pressure, super great price, and to top it off- a great salesman like Fran! It was a very comfortable experience! I bought a car from the Zeck Ford Dealership not too long ago and would do it again in a heartbeat. The Sales Person was Dennis Vaughan and you could not ask for a nicer guy. Took his time showed my wife and I everything we were looking for and bought a car that day. When we need another car down the road in the future I hope Dennis is still there to help us out. When I walked into Zeck Ford I really did not know what to expect. When I was introduced to Dennis Vaughan I was almost floored by the knowledge he had about answering questions I asked about new Ford vehicles I really knew nothing about. Needless to say I left the dealership with a huge smile, a new friend and a car I was extremely pleased with. My wife is looking for a new car and there is no doubt in my mind the first person I will deal with is Dennis Vaughan when I walk in next time. You will not go wrong if you buy a car here A+++ in my book. more

I was looking for a used Fusion for my wife. They had a ton of them there, and the prices were great. But I was a little wary after reading some of these reviews, but I did see that they have great reviews on dealer rater and google so I figured I'd give it a shot. Wow! The easiest time I've ever had buying a car. Everyone was very friendly from the minute we walked in the door. Jason was our salesperson, and after talking with us for a few minutes, he helped us narrow down our choices, which was great because they had about 40 Fusions. It didn't take long until we found the perfect car. He was very knowledgable about the Fusions and spent a lot of time with us after we bought the car making sure we knew how everything worked. He even connected our phones to the bluetooth and showed us how to use it. I highly recommend you see Jason and the rest of the folks at Zeck Ford if you're looking for a car. They are unlike the rest of the dealerships we looked at. No BS sales games. Just great service and prices. more

they ruined my car!! 7/23/2011

This body shop is not worth giving a star to. They ruined my car. I received my car from them with more things wrong with it than when I took it in. I had storm damage to my car and needed a whole new paint job, windows replaced, etc. Because it was an insurance claim, Zeck added more to the bill than what needed repairing so they could get more money out of the insurance company. Plus, they got paint on my interior upholstery and side mirror. When I got my car back I noticed that the replacement windshield had a defect in it: a bubbly rippled line six inches long. When I told them about it they said they would replace it for free because it was under warranty! Why did they give me a bad windshield to begin with! When I went to roll down my window it fell out into the car (a window which they claimed was damaged and they replaced). There's more...they replaced the bumper with an inferior aftermarket bumper and it started falling off the day I drove it off the lot! The bumper doesn't fit properly on the car either. I also found one of the tires had a slow leak which I didn't have before I took it to them. The light assembly, which they also claimed to replace, stopped working within a week. After talking to my insurance company I took it somewhere else to fix what they did wrong. Now I am receiving mail from their relative trying to sell me auto insurance. My car was better off before I took it in. more

I shopped for weeks all over the KC Metro area for a new SUV. A friend of mine referred me to Danny Zeck Ford in Leavenworth, KS. I am extremely happy that i made the drive out there to see what they had!! Not only did they have a great selection but the customer service was incredible!! They worked hard for me to beat what the other guys in town had offered for my trade in, and the price of the 2010 Expedition that I purchased was three grand lower than what I found for the exact vehicle at three other dealerships in the KC area!! The biggest thing that impressed me most was the fact that they found a few minor things that i didn't catch until I was taking possession of it and they didn't hesitate to fix every little detail on a used vehicle. I know that I would absolutely refer Danny Zeck ford to any of my friends and family!!! more

Go somewhere else! 4/8/2011

I bought a vehicle from Danny Zeck. They kept it overnight because it was dirty and they needed to detail it. It was kept in the body shop. They never called and finally i called and they said it was ready so i picked it up and it hasn't even been touched, still dirty and the hood on my vehicle had more than 75 cat scratches on it. There is around 50 cats in body shop that they feed daily. I was told by the salesman these cats live there. I'm wondering how many customers that this has happened to. They would not give me my money back. They said i bought this car and could not return to dealership. Jeff Bowlin was a horrible salesman and hides everytime i go up there. REMEMBER IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM ZECK FORD DON'T JUST LOOK UNDER THE HOOD, LOOK ON TOP OF THE HOOD ALSO. more

The title department person is not customer friendly at all. Quick to judge. Wanted to argue and raise voice. Don't care for helping the customers at all. Helping customers are the main focus in todays' business. This person needs to releax, ackonwledge, listen, list options, and yield to understand the big picture that customers do matter! more
