I went in to Zeck Ford, on a Saturday, with my sister (who was looking to trade in her 2009 Flex and purchase a new Flex.) I was "somewhat" interested in buying a Ford, but didn't have any real motivation to purchase a car that day. By the end of the day, we both walked out purchasing brand new Fords from Brendan Dow. He was AMAZING. Friendly, attentive, energetic, and just all around HELPFUL. He listened to us, recommended what we thought would be a good fit, and wasn't pushy at all. (I had some interest in an SUV, since I had been driving one for the past few years-- but, after test driving the Taurus SHO on Brendan's recommendation, I knew there was no going back!) In fact, every single person we came into contact with at that dealership seemed friendly, and happy to meet us. We felt NO PRESSURE to buy cars that day. Brendan looked up what we could get for trade ins on both of our vehicles, ran the numbers through financing, and came back to us with fair trade in values, and reasonable monthly payments. He then asked what our next step was. What did WE want to do next? We immediately purchased both vehicles. It was nice to have someone ASK you if you are ready to purchase, and if you think the price is fair/reasonable. We were blown away!!! Every person at this dealership is honest, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile. I never once felt that "creep" factor I've felt at the larger Kansas City dealerships. Each time I've stepped foot in Zeck Ford, there has been someone to answer my questions, and make me feel like I am more than just a sale to them. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to ANYONE! :)
