Zaza is one of the best salon I have ever been to. I feel like a princes every time I go. The Customer service is excellent, the quality of treatments they provide there, are unbelievable. And I love the fact that it is very clean. You get your own kit for manicure and pedicure. Pedicure stations are wonderful, so comfortable. I love their cranberry spa pedicure - highly recomend it! And I love the Capuccino there, better than Starbucks. more

Not what is seems 4/13/2009

My first visit to the salon went horribly wrong. I had highlights done by a woman and she completely burned my hair, of course I didn't realize it until the following morning. The staff was friendly but the job they did was not good. I highly doubt I will go back anytime soon. more

Even though this place is far i still enjoyed coming here because it has a nice environment and i was satisfied with what i got. The first time i went i got a hair cut then i got a perm. It is also not that pricey. more

I had gotten a hair cut here. it is a nice place. it is a little pricey. but i like the service the people are very kind and generous. i think it is a little far for me though. my friend told me to come here and it was okay. more

Best Salon Spa 2/24/2009

I recently visited ZaZa for the first time and got a hair cut and massage. I have finally found a place who cuts my hair exactly the way I like it. The spa area is secluded and relaxing. I like the fact that massage therapist was very attentive and targeted the areas I was needing; great massage. The room was spacious and nicely decorated with its own shower. ZaZa is a lively, friendly and upscale place at reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone. Pros: New, modern, upscale, clean, great hair and skin products more

Wonderful Salon/Spa Experience 2/24/2009

I had the pleasure of visiting this stylish salon/spa 2 weeks ago for a manicure. The moment I walked in the door, I received a friendly and warm welcome and was asked if they could hang up my coat. After offering me several drink choices, I was quickly seated in the chair to receive my manicure. The manicurist was very friendly and the whole atmosphere felt as if it was positive energy throughout!! But the bottom line you might be asking was how was the manicure?? The answer is simple, it was great! I felt like my nails were treated with care and most important I felt like the salon/spa paid EXTRA attention to cleanliness! Pros: Great Service, Friendly, clean and a really stylish atmosphere, OPEN 7 days a week (even Mondays) more

Wow, best salon and spa, no question about it! 2/21/2009

Wow!! Now this is what a salon and spa should be. I felt I needed to try this new place in the neighborhood. I went in to get a hair cut but the place is so much fun and friendly I stayed and got a message, facial, manicure, pedicure the works! I am so impressed with my hair cut, I dont think I can have it cut anywhere else. The facility may be new but the technicians in every department are very skilled and professional. Given the economy I was surprised to see this level of service and facilities for these prices. Very reasonable. It's great to have ZaZA in the neighborhood. No more drives downtown for me. more

Outstanding Spa 2/19/2009

I was at work when someone from vision marketing came into our offices with a special promotion to try this spa, at first I was very skeptical about this package it was around $55 for a haircut, manicure and 2 facials. I called the spa to make sure this was for real they said they were doing this to get in new customers. I decieded to try it, I couldn't be happier!!! The service I recieved was outstanding and the spa is brand new and beautiful. The facial I had was great they really knew alot about my skin issues. I also had a manicure there and it was fantastic as well. I still have two more services on my promotion, which I am looking forward to using in the near future. Thank you zaza for introducing your spa to me!!! Pros: Outstanding service, great promotions Cons: None more

WOW what an experience 2/19/2009

I'm getting married in the suburbs and chose this salon based on a recommendation from the Lincolnshire Marriot. Although a little skeptical after reading the previous review, I was absolutely blown away by the service and all around amazing experience that I had there. I had a trial updo with Melissa that went perfectly, and got to enjoy a complimentary cappuccino from their machine. My maid of honor got a manicure and pedicure with Galina while she waited, and told me that it's the best she's ever had. I actually ended up booking a spa day for my entire bridal party for the day before my wedding, and we cannot wait! Leo, the owner, helped me with all of the arrangements and personally took care of everything for me, and assured me that they would take care of everything for me. All around love this place and would recommend it to everyone I know! Pros: personal service, very professional, great atmosphere more
