Awesome experience as always. I love the new products!

Worst

After the exfoliation, I expected a massage but got a body rub with oil. I was very disappointed. This is the 1st time I've been disappointed.

Birthday Present to Me 10/23/2011

My spa day was awesome! It was my birthday present to me. I took the day off work, turned off the phone, and spent the day at the spa. It was sooooooo relaxing! I could have spent the entire day in the chair in the Fireplace room! more

I had a very hectic day and came in for the first time to Z Place for a facial. It was wonderful, relaxing and I will definitely be coming back. Jen was wonderful and even suggested a special facial peel and moisturizer which I really like. I mentioned it to my husband and he said well let's book a massage for me and another facial for you. more

Wonderful New Experience! 10/9/2011

Last month (Sept), I finally had the opportunity to use a gift card I'd received for $200 of services. I have never visited a spa before. I decided to get a Facial Treatment, partial leg wax, and a hair cut and style. From the first to the last minute, I felt pampered! The atmosphere is so serene, and the staff friendly. I never felt rushed. I'm planning to come back...soon! more

Great massages. Couple of tips suggested to enhance the already very nice spa experience related to massages. Offer optional foot baths with each massage and a breath mint. Pampering is the name of the game to make your customers feel most special. More options in full body spa treatments such as coconut husk exfoliant or alternatives would be great. more

Not just a haircut-a new look!! 9/30/2011

So very thankful that I have Erin as my stylist. She always takes a great interest in what her client is trying to explain...style of cut or color. So many stylists I've been to in the past at other salons don't get it. I love how Erin questions me each time at my visit to make sure we are on the same page. This really impresses on me that she is interested in doing things the way I want and of course then the results are always fantastic!! I enjoy my visit so much, so many nice things that stand out at Z Place. Your staff is far above other salons, its like finding a precious gem in the Tri-Cities. Erin always offers a product that will help enhance my style and maintain the look, and I appreciate that. She educates me on how to apply the product and what it will do for my hair....I feel this is a added bonus:) free education! Looking forward to my next visit, Marilyn more
