So very thankful that I have Erin as my stylist. She always takes a great interest in what her client is trying to explain...style of cut or color. So many stylists I've been to in the past at other salons don't get it. I love how Erin questions me each time at my visit to make sure we are on the same page. This really impresses on me that she is interested in doing things the way I want and of course then the results are always fantastic!! I enjoy my visit so much, so many nice things that stand out at Z Place. Your staff is far above other salons, its like finding a precious gem in the Tri-Cities. Erin always offers a product that will help enhance my style and maintain the look, and I appreciate that. She educates me on how to apply the product and what it will do for my hair....I feel this is a added bonus:) free education! Looking forward to my next visit, Marilyn
