Whether you're a fan of nigiri-zushi or the more popular makizushi, this restaurant has a very large selection, kept fresh, and made constantly. I've never had anything from their buffet that I didn't like. They also prepare certain foods Hibachi-style.
My wife and I hit up this restaurant every Saturday for lunch. It's a tad pricey, but the sushi is fantastic. You'd have to go to a place like Dai Kichi that specializes in sushi in order to find something better... but then your quantity is limited.
Pros: Huge selection of sushi, excellent food
Cons: $12 for weekend lunch is a bit high
