Your Lock Doc

These people are a scam! I would dare to bet all the good ratings were done by the owners themselves. My experience was as follows: They lied by saying: that no other locksmith would be open on a Sunday and they were the only ones who could help me (surprise, the next locksmith I called was available on Sunday), they said it would be 30-35 minutes, 1&1/2 hrs later they still hadn't shown up. The ""Lock Doc"" also said he was stuck in a traffic jam on 94 and that's why it was taking so long (there was no traffic jam). After calling them several times to get the update, I told them I no longer needed them, they proceeded to yell at me and tell me they were contacted by another company to come open my door, that the 2nd locksmith I called was using them anyway to come open my door. THIS WAS NOT TRUE! The 2nd company I called, the owner himself came to open my door, he never called these liars!!!! more

Your Lock Doc is a very good service, I needed my gate lock to be change because it is not working properly. This team came out, knew what to do, estimate the pricing first, I agree and went ahead and start working. Great service and customer service itself too. more

I locked my keys in my car for the second time in the same month! I called the same locksmith and they were awesome both times. A different guy came, they must employ all excellent people because both guys were great and so was the operator. I hope to not have to call them again, but if I do I’ll call them. more

They came out right away and helped me with my keys. I locked them in my car, in a parking lot. They came out fast and got me on my way in 30min. It was great. more

i got distracted when I was on the phone talking to my friend and my puppy ran out side after this cat. I closed the door behind me forgeting that it locks. Long story short I called this the lock doc and he came out and got me back in the house for a fair price. more

I am so imprested with locksmith because how fast they got to me. I just want to say thanks for everything. more

I was on my way home and I get a phone call stating that my house got my house brokin in to. S as I get there my father comes and brought the number to locksmiths he called them for me and took care of all that while I was taking care of other things. So thanks locksmith for comeing out and doing that for me. more

I was so happy that I called locksmith they helped me change all my locks with low pay. more
