Purchased climate control unit at the 141 location. Two day's after paying a moving company almost $3k to move in, the unit leaked. In addition, humidity levels were in the high 50's which can promote mold. Called the main office many times for help but they never responded or acknowledged my call until three days later. Called Mike Gray at the Corporate Office on Monday who showed concern for the leak but NO Concern for my belongings. Got the ""Never had a mold problem"" speech. \r \r With concerns of Mold I moved out quickly to another facility that has humidity thresholds and electronic temperature controls. 'Your Extra Attic' off 141 has terrible access with UHAULS blocking the entrance. Don't be fooled with on-site personnel, they are not avail off hours, ignore messages, and offer no added security or help. Corporate Office help was rude and unprofessional. There is a Gray showing as the owner registered with the Georgia SOS, even if Michael Gray is related, he demonstrated NO concern. This company is clearly led by example and has ""The customer is never right"" mentality.\r \r The first climate control unit they wanted to give me had daylight showing through it... I asked about insect access and humidity. Their response, ""we never had a problem"". So the question becomes, ""who wants to be the first ?"" In short, while moving out the bucket used to catch the water already had mold spores. \r \r Their climate controlled environment is misleading, enter with caution. Poor circulation and they blame it on the dock doors. Rather than fixing the problem they leverage excuses. A company should provide what is advertised and address the access points. \r \r They did refund my rental but not the additional moving expenses based on their failure to deliver, communicate, and address the wet belongings. They also failed to acknowledge my reimbursement request of unexpected move-out expenses of $1,500. This facility was a VERY COSTLY MISTAKE, BEWARE. Pros: Location Cons: Terrible Customer Focus more
