Stay away! 2/9/2011

These people are very dishonest and mark up prices. We had heard good things about them so when our car had problems we brought it in. Boy are we disappointed and we're now out over $1000. They replaced our catalytic converter about 2 months ago. But our converter was under warranty and they never told us. All catalytic converters are under a federal warranty for 8 years and under 80k miles. Now the dealer won't reimburse us the cost because Youngsville auto got rid of the old converter. Then we found out from the dealer that Youngsville auto charged us $200 more on the part than what it costs. Stay away from these people and go to someone honest!! They are also very difficult to deal with and accusatory if you have problems with them. more

Mike and Les are the greatest! 11/10/2008

Mike and Les have worked on all three of our vehicles and have always done an excellent job. They always do the work timely and at a reasonable price. They go out of their way to make sure they give good customer service. I would highly recommend Youngsville Auto Care to anyone looking for a fair and reasonable auto mechanic. more

Friendly and Great Work 11/3/2005

These people do a friendly and qualified repair work on our vehicles. Plus they do it at a reasonable cost too! They do foreign and domestic repairs, engine repair and replacements, timing belts, and head gaskets. I had them put a water pump on my daughters car, I explain to them she had to use that night to go to college. They worked very hard and had it finished on time. They also to clutches, brakes and starters. I like how they are full service and recommend doing your 30,60,90 K services. PROS: Easy in and out. CONS: more
