Good: Nothing. Bad: They misrepresented the car that we were looking to purchase so they could charge more for the car.. Improvements: The cars that they sell are not 'misrepresented', Common Courtesy, Don't waste my time, Talk to someone that acutally knows what they are selling.. Other: When I write this review I am referring to the Used Car Toyota area of the dealership. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. The people working at this place should be ashamed of themselves. They take advantage of people that do not know what they are doing. They have this laid back mentality of being in the country and not knowing certain things about vehicles and that slimy little sales tactic did not work on me.. more

We just purchased a new C230 Sport Sedan from Mercedes-Benz in Hagerstown. We live in Frederick, md and went to 2 other dealers before shopping online since we were not happy with the service we received from the other 2 places. I was not even aware that there was a Mercedes dealer in Hagerstown but I found them online and sent in a request. They answered my email right away and we scheduled an appointment to see what they had to offer. The sales lady was great and she really new everything about the car. Very Impressive! We had upfront pricing from the internet department that was more then fair so there was no haggling (they have a nice website too). It was the easiest most pleasurable experience we have ever had buying a car. I would recommend them if you live in the area. more
