I searched for a Board Certified plastic surgeon who specilizes in liposuction in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills. I even went to several consultation with famous plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills. I was extremely impressed with the liposuctions photos that I saw on Dr. Younai's web site and his before and after liposuction pictures. I could'nt believe the shapes and forms that he had created. I consulted with Dr. Younai in his Encino plastic surgery center. My first impression was that his staff seemed to be happy with each other and their were very pleasant to me. I felt very comfortable. During consultation I noted that he was very upfront and did not shy away from answering difficult questions. In fact, I even asked him about the complications that he had, and he even showed me some of his "bad results" . He also explanied to me how he fixed them and how he works very closely with his patients in order to deliver the best results. I was extremely pleased with this plastic surgeons professionalism, attitude, warmth, and most importantly fantastic results. After examining me he showed me many before and after liposuction pictures of women who were similar to me. I was so impressed that I also decided to have my breast augmentation done at the same time along with my liposuction. the surgery facility was very large, clean, and looked like a small hospital. I was impressed to see so many staff helping and all trying to make me feel compfortable and of course safe. the anesthesiologist was also board certified and Dr. younai told me that they don't use a nurse anesthesilogist, but only doctors of anesthesia. when I woke up from anesthesia, my husband was sitting next to me in the recovery room and later doctor Younai came by to explain everything to my husband and I. My recovery went well and Dr. Younai was there every step of the way, even when we called him early in the morning on Sunday. I am so happy with my decision to have liposuction by Dr. Younai, because not only that in my opinion he is an expert in liposuction but that he is an amazing human being and a fine physician. I recently went to Dr. Younai for a tummy tuck consultation this past week. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and is straight forward on how he thinks you would better benefit from his procedures. He showed me what he would do and a sneak peek on how I would look once I go through the procedure. He is very well-mannered and so is his office staff. I emailed Linda, one of the patient coordinators about some questions I forgot to ask Dr. Younai and she was very prompt and kind in replying back with the answers. Overall I had a great experience. I went to several other surgeons that day, and I have made decision to go with Dr. Younai and go through the procedure by the end of May 2012. more

I love my liposuction results that I had by Dr. Younai who is a wonderful and very personable cosmetic plastic surgeon. from the initial consultation I was impressed by the results that I saw. This Los Angeles Plastic Surgeon showed me some unbelievable liposuction and body shaping results. The more that I listed to him, and the more that I asked questions, the more I was impressed by his approach to liposuction and body contouring. This plastic surgeon is not only very talented by gives 120% to his patients. plastic surgery center staff were also very nice and accommodating, especially since I was calling and e-mailing them with my questions after my liposuction surgery. I had liposuction several years ago by a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. I was disappointed because I did not see any difference. after years of research and reviewing different los angeles plastic surgeon's reviews and before and after plastic surgery pictures, I came across Dr. Younai. I was amazed at the liposuction pictures that were on his plastic surgery web site. upon consulting with him I realized that he is a true expert in liposuction. when waiting in his office for consultation I talked with two other patients that had come from out of town for liposuction. Dr. Younai is by far the best plastic surgeon in the Los Angeles area. Not to mention he has the most wonderful staff and his prices are below average cost. I have done my research and have had liposuction twice before with far less superior results. The difference with Dr. Younai is that he is a true artist who looks at your body individually and molds it to perfection. I was so impressed with his work that I have since had him do some face work and additional body work that has all turned out excellent. I have no complaints with him or his office. I had terrible nightly aching in my hands as a result of years of typing at work. I was wearing day and night splints and even got steroid injection to my wrists but my hand pain and numbness returned. I consulted with Dr. Yung at the California Hand Center. I was very impressed with Dr. Yung as a hand surgeon. He gave me solid answers and treatment options. I was also very happy that Dr. Yung is one of the few Orthopedic hand surgeons who performs "small incision" carpal tunnel surgery. my carpal tunnel release only took 15 minutes and I was driving and doing easy house work the next day. I had large volume liposuction of the thighs and calves done by Dr. Sean Younai a little over a month ago, and the results are already amazing... My legs have always been hugely disproportionate to my upper body, and the shape of my legs was off--they were rectangular, almost like two large blocks. I had virtually no knees, and a large hump on the tops of my thighs (seen when facing profile). Needless to say, I've been very unhappy with this my entire life. Recently, upon discovering Dr. Younai and the option of large volume liposuction, I decided that it was something that I needed to do. I set up a consult with Dr. Younai and was VERY pleased with my experience. His staff is very friendly and helpful, and he is such a genuinely sweet man. He answers any questions you may have without hesitation, and takes the time to really explain in detail what you should realistically expect from the procedure. He has many pictures of his amazing work to show you, he truly is a remarkable plastic surgeon. I felt completely comfortable in choosing him as my surgeon just after that first day. The results of my surgery are incredible, I could not be any happier. He took out a total of 16 liters! The recovery is definitely very difficult, but it is totally worth it--I would do it over again in an instant.The hump on my thighs is completely gone, I now have knees, and the rectangles that I spoke of earlier are now normally-shaped legs. The size of them is already smaller than before, and I still have a lot of swelling so they'll be going down even more. I am thrilled with my results at this point, and it'll only get better with time. Dr. Younai really transformed my legs, and in turn changed my life.. I would recommend him to anybody, and am, myself, having a second procedure done by Dr. Younai on my tummy this February. I can 't wait to see my new body once everything is healed completely, and I can't stress enough the wonderful job that Dr. Younai did! more
