The young man who managed to work in the kitchen of this establishment for 3 nights, count them ,3, a new record for this place, was told on the Wed. evening that he" did not understand our culture" and was fired.
The owner is Phillipino, not Japanese! Japanese would NEVER treat people this way!
Also kitchen staff are only allowed to use COLD water to wash the dishes in the machine, hot water costs too much!
