Worst

This is a business however I can't tell. The staff treats you like you work for them. Horrible music in the classes.

Worst customer service!!!\r \r While on their premises my child's safety was at risk when another member grabbed my daughter by her arm and proceeded to pull her with her. I do not know this member nor have we ever seen her. This behavior was shocking and it frightened my daughter making her believe that someone was going to take her. As I addressed this issue with the staff (the front desk attendant and the manager of the day), they proceeded to tell me that this member's reputation was not of this manner and they do not believe my ""story."" I proceeded to call the police and filed a report. It was obvious that my child's safety was not a concern to their staff therefore I canceled my membership the next day.\r \r What type of establishment are they promoting if a child's safety is not a concern? more

good already and getting better all the time 2/10/2011

The Y is an institution! I love the family atmosphere. My children love the pools! My oldest has tried out yoga and Zumba. They really try to provide classes that are cutting edge. Sometimes they take away something that we've enjoyed, but we understand that if it is not popular enough, that they will try something new, or make a change. Good job Y! We'll keep coming! more

Better run and cheaper places available 5/19/2008

Have been a longtime member until today. Was going there regularly with a group of people to play raquetball with. But they now let a couple people practive their karate on the courts, of which there are only 2. As an example of how poorly run they are, there was only one court for a month or so, because a small frame of glass in the door broke on one court. And it took a month to fix. Pros: location Cons: price, ambience more
