Superior Performance 6/5/2015

We have done business with Yes as a retail customer for some time. Their service people are polite and skilled. Occasionally one stands out because they clearly went the "extra mile" on an unpleasant job under adverse conditions. Craig L. stuck with our A/C condensate drain job in our hot attic until it was done right. It took diagnostic skills and a willingness to try a number of creative approaches. He maintained a professional and pleasant manner at all times. more

Water Heater Install 5/24/2015

Joe D. came and replaced our water heater this morning and did an exceptional job, in less than and hour. Very pleasant and professional and we plan to use him for future maintenance needs. Wasn't expecting to by a new HVAC system today 5/13/2015

But this Yes team made it as painless as possible! Jerome came to check out my old system and discussed the options and I decided to get the new Carrier system today! The rest of the team came over later in the day and replaced the whole system - in a totally professional manner. A good experience and now I feel confidence in my heat and ac units. Thanks Yes! more

A service technician by the name Jun A. of "YES A/C & Conditioning" is a one of thee best & friendly technician I've ever had. Not only did he fix & repaired my A/C. He also helped me with information on how to lower my power bill. Jun is a really honest guy, who likes to help other families by saving them money as much as he can. Jun was not only my service technician, he is now what i call a friend. I, from now on will only use YES! Air conditioning & Plumbing while i live here in Las Vegas Nevada. Thanks Again JUN! Our summer A/C checkup 5/1/2015

Joe Q. was the service pro who came for the check up.He had been here for the heat pump check in Jan. joe was very courteous. He did a complete check of the system.. Joe was friendly and took time to let us know how everything checked out. I would highly recommend Joe and Yes Air Conditioning & Plumbing to those here in Las Vegas. Prices costs are reasonable too. more

As always the professionalism of Yes company and its team. Fernando came today was very courteous. Told me what was wrong and the estimate. Explained in detail what was wrong and without any pressure I agreed because of the work they have done before I know and appreciate them. I feel very comfortable always calling Yes AC.
