Yellow Cab

Terrible experience! You're company is a poor example! Message to the owner, your male dispatcher on Nov 4 at 10:45pm(saturday) was agregiously rude. Calling your company for a guest who dined at our restaurant, felice urban cafe, 12502 larchmere blvd, cleveland resulted in a curt and rude experience. Will never use your company for any of my restaurants for a customer. Dispatcher, take a long look in the mirror, your a major liability to the bottom line. Ownership or management, he costs you money. Good Luck! more

My son is attending college in the Cleveland area. He needed a cab and unfortunately called this place. They left him waiting outside 90 minutes, even though he called several times with promises of ""5 more minutes"". I even called from NJ and got the run around from the incredibly rude staff. These people are rude, and have no problem lying to you all night long. more

Asked a driver of cab number 162 to take us to our destination holding $40 in my hand. The mother f'er took the money right from my hands and drove away. Wrote down his licence number (last 4 digits 2860), called the company and Rich ""A'HOLE"" Headley the GM said there is nothing they can do. So judging by these reviews im sure the company runs like their shitty ass manager. If you would like to get ripped off, call yellow cab a'holes they'll find a way to screw ya! MOTHER F'ERS!! more

We had a nice trip to the Great Lakes Science Center, as it came time to go I decided to call a cab since it was pouring outside. I called yellow cab since it was the 1st one I thought of. The dispatcher sould not give me an ETA but said it would not be long due to the time of day. So, 30 min later.. No cab, so I call to find out if they are on their way. The dospatcher says no one has taken the call yet, do I still want to wait?!! It is now 5:20 the Science Center closed at 5:00... So I called Ace Taxi. They were there in 8 min and had text when they were 1 mi away as well as they were pulling up.\r Screw yellow cab. What the hell do you mean that 30 min after I call you still dont have someone to take the call? Do you have drivers or not? Rediculous, who runs that place and how do they have a job?!!\r Oh yeah the rating? I would give nothing if it would let me. more

If you want to be yelled and screamed at for no reason, then call westlake cab. Horrible horrible customer service. more
