First off, the service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was great - loud, lively, and bustling. However, I was shocked that the restaurant policy is to cook hamburgers no less than medium. Are they using rancid meat? I want a nice juicy, pink, flavorful center to my burger, and I find it ridiculous that a restaurant would refuse to cook me a medium rare (or rare if that's how I wanted it) hamburger. I ended up not eating and just sticking to their slightly overpriced ($5.75) pints.
